Pricing:

• $90 per hour for individual lessons
• $80 per hour per athlete for 2 athletes
• $65 per hour per athlete for 3 athletes
• $50 per hour per athlete for 4 athletes

 Payments can be made via Venmo (@Jwheels23) Jason's last 4 digits of his phone number are 3962,  or cash/check mailed to (1917 N Clark St. Appleton WI 54911). If mailing the payment, make sure it arrives before the day of the lesson. Please do not give the payment to the coach.

When registering include contact phone number, name, age, and grade of each athlete per session. Also include beginner, intermediate, or advanced skill level if possible.
